The Budget Office oversees the accounting and management of the finances of the Judiciary, including the presentation of the Judiciary budget to the Olbiil Era Kelulau. The Office administers all the funds appropriated to the Judiciary by the Olbiil Era Kelulau and handles all of the financial matters of the Judiciary (except payroll, which is administered by the National Finance Office). The Office is headed by the Budget Officer.
